I have a XCarLink iPod adaptor which I had installed in my Audi TT (53 reg). I only had it for 1 year so still very new. It connects into the CD changer part in the back of your factory fitted radio and then you can connect your Ipod/iPhone and use the radio controls to control the Ipod/iPhone.
I am more than happy to even fit the XCarLink for you because it does not take long and easy to hide away behind your radio.
